Hey folks its me again

So I'm really happy to know that there's progress being made in my country. In the midst of a recessing economy, escalating crime rate and constant brain drain; we still have one beautiful thing to be proud of - our music is still on point!
In fact, not only is it on point, it continues to get better with the emergence of new artists and the consistency of more seasoned performers.
First of all, we have Tempest coming up in November, which will, of course, be Huge. With Tempest comes a stock pile of new innovative sounds coming from young, vibrant yutes showing their worth. I'm not sure how many new artists are involved, nor do I know how many older artists are involved. However, I've heard some of the material from the Tempest project and once again we ready for dem. Trish will be doing her thing wit her smashing single(co-created by me:) 'One Kiss'. We got my boy Jason Lovence working on his single, my girl Khrys working on her acoustic piece(which I'm already in love wit), we got Young Mecca and Wildchild back on the scene with their singles.
On a regional tip, Teff just released 'She Loves It' in Barbados. I of course happen to be on the remix but yol gon have to wait for that one!

I'm gonna post the material i do have access to for yol, so you can be as happy as I am about the progress of our Caribbean Music...

A Moment to Myself...

Hey folks

how you doing? I'm doing great.
So things seem to be picking up nicely. Last week I did my first performance in Canada. It was an acoustic kinda thing. That's more up my stream so needless to say I enjoyed it. It was was also very well received.
So naturally, every since that there's been a little buzz going on around campus. Still a long way to go but hey, it's a start.
From what I understand, Endless Summer and One Kiss are doing really well in St. Lucia. I even heard there are some rumors going around that i'm either in St Lucia or gonna be there for Tempest. Wonder where they'd get that from lol.
Midterms are on right now so the heat is most definately on. I had my Quantitative Methods today and should be studying for Econ as we speak.
It's thanksgiving weekend so 75% of the students have gone home to spend it with their fam. I walked into my place tonight and found complete emptiness. i was alone and it kinda felt good.

This blog really doesnt have much significance so feel free to be like wtf when you're done reading.
All i'm saying is...as i sit here in my empty apartment in a foreign country with no family or any real connection to this place but my education, I still feel it vital to sit back and thank the Most High Father God.

Because I could've been broken by now....

Sometimes you just need a moment to yourself.

Sorry for the hold up folks. Its been a lil hectic lately over here. I'll make up for it though. Today I'll be posting all the stuff i've been missing plus more. So anny way ama start with this.
